Ingredients

1kg
lamb, cubed
1
onion
1
green pepper
2 tbsp.
cayenne pepper
Saffron
8 tbsp.
apple vinegar
½ small cup
of honey
4 tbsp.
olive oil

How to prepare Honey roasted lamb

Step 1

In a clay saucepan, stir-fry the onion and green pepper (finely chopped) and add the lamb, stirring until browned.Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and saffron, and quickly add a little water and the 2 JUMBO Lamb cubes. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Step 2

A few minutes before the stew is finished, add the honey and vinegar. Serve with sliced fried potatoes.
