How to prepare Bief meatballs

Step 1

Place into a bowl the parsley, chopped garlic, bread dipped in milk and minced beef. Mix together and roll into small balls, coat in flour and fry in a frying pan with hot oil. When golden, remove and set aside.

Step 2

In a deep frying pan, reheat the oil with the chopped onion, carrot and potatoes. Add the rest of the chopped onion, diced tomato and tomato paste.

Step 3

Add the water, 2 tablespoons of JUMBO Beef powder and the meatballs, cover and leave to cook for 25 minutes on a low heat. If the sauce does not thicken, uncover and reduce the broth for a few minutes. Can also be prepared with fish instead of meat (use Jumbo Fish powder)
