Ingredients

swordfish fillets
50g
raisins
50g
raw almonds, peeled
Juice
of 1 bitter orange
4 tbsp.
olive oil
Parsley
Mint
Marjoram
Fresh basil to garnish
Pepper

How to prepare Swordfish with basil

Step 1

Crush the almonds in a mortar and pestle and place in a bowl with the chopped mint, raisins, orange juice and oil, along with the JUMBO Fish powder and pepper.

Step 2

Place the fish in an oven dish and coat with the mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Place in the oven on a medium heat for around 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with freshly chopped basil, accompanied with a freshly peeled pomegranate.
