Okra soup

Ingredients

1 1/2 Kg.
beef (or, optionally, fish or goat)
1 cup
dried langoustines (or, optionally, shrimp)
1 Kg.
Okra cut in pieces or pureed
1 tsp
dried and ground red pepper
1
onion, chopped
4 tbsp
red palm oil
Chopped spinach
7 cups
water

How to prepare Okra soup

Step 1

Chop the meat or fish finely. Place in pan with water, add the onion and the JUMBO Fish tbps. Simmer for 15 to 25 minutes.

Step 2

Add the Okra and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and leave to cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot with inyan (pounded yam) or eba (cassava dumplings).
