Honey Roasted Lamb
Ingredients
- 1kg lamb, cubed
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- Saffron
- 8 tbsp. apple vinegar
- ½ small cup of honey
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 JUMBO Lamb stock cubes
Preparation
In a clay saucepan, stir-fry the onion and green pepper (finely chopped) and add the lamb, stirring until browned.Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and saffron, and quickly add a little water and the 2 JUMBO Lamb cubes. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
A few minutes before the stew is finished, add the honey and vinegar.
Serve with sliced fried potatoes.
