Recipe sent by:
- 1 medium chicken
- 1 onion, grated
- ½ glass flour
- ½ glass pasta vermicelli
- ½ glass grated cheese
- 3 tbsp curry
- 4 large tbsp oil
- 2 cubes JUMBO Chicken
- pepper and spices
Cook the chicken, bone it and chop it.
Cook the vermicelli, place under running water for 1 minute, drain and fry in the oil
Sautée the onion. When it is brown, add the flour and the curry and two cubes of JUMBO Chicken and stir. Add the stock a little at a time and stir until medium-thick.
Put half of the vermicelli in a baking pan, add a little grated cheese and then a little curry sauce. Place the chicken on the top, then the rest of the vermicelli, sauce and grated cheese.
Put the baking pan in the oven.
