Avocado With Shrimp
Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 yoghourt
- Lettuce
- Chick peas
- Tomato
- Onion
- Eggs
- Pepper
- Shrimp
- Parsley
- Watercress
- 1 tbsp JUMBO Prawn
Preparation
Mash four peeled avocados with four tbsp lemon juice, four tbsp yoghourt and 1 tbsp JUMBO Prawn. Mix well. Shred a lettuce and serve individual portions as follows: place a few lettuce leaves on a small plate and some lightly-salted peas in the middle. Take the avocado mixture and cover with chick peas. Garnish with tomato and thin onion slices to one side of the avocado mixture, a chopped boiled egg, red pepper on top of the egg and four large shrimp on top of the avocado. Finish with a few shoots of watercress or parsley.
